Middlewoods of Farmington, CT has a fully licensed Assisted Living Services Agency, managed and owned by United Methodist Homes, and supervised by registered nurses. Unlike other communities, we don’t subcontract for assisted living services with outside providers. We set our own standard of care and work hard to meet and exceed it. We have a respected reputation, serving Residents from the Farmington, Avon, West Hartford, Simsbury and Hartford, CT areas.
If you need help with the tasks of daily living, we create a personalized plan of care to help you maintain your highest level of independence. We conduct a healthcare assessment, guided by information from your primary care physician and our nursing staff, and develop a customized package of services. You only pay for the specific services you need, on a monthly basis.
If you qualify, you may be able to receive financial help from the State of Connecticut Assisted Living Pilot Program. Ask us about it.
